Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the delivery date of the order.

Return requests submitted after the allowed return period may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Restocking Fees

Aquaverse does not currently charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Returns sent without prior approval or authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

After reviewing the request, Aquaverse may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
